Life is difficult for those on the streets. Every year, we give out McDonald's and Quizno.s gift certificates to the homeless and other very needy folks, as well as AA Batteries and postage stamps. These items can be such a blessing to those who have so very little, and for the homeless, a $10 Quizno's gift certificate allows them to have a meal or some coffee, helps them to break up their day. For the working needy, it helps them save a few dollars and provides a meal.
So we are asking again this year, for Churches and individuals to collect these items for us, and get them to us so we can begin to give them out during our outreach nights to folks who are in great need here in our city.
