BURLINGTON STREET MINISTRIES was founded by Pastor David Russell of Restoration Baptist Church in Burlington, Vermont. It began in April of 1995 after 20 years of street ministry by Pastor Russell. Realizing that we need the entire Body of Christ in the area, we began to look for those who have a burden and a calling to minister on the streets to labor with us.Click here to learn more about us.
